December Goals & Earnings

Well, my November Earnings fell rather short from where I wanted them to be; however there were some bonuses that I received that I didn't calculate into my earnings because they aren't a normal every month occurance, so overall I am okay. I'm not quite sure how my December earnings will be as I'm about to have a baby... and having 2 under 2 will pretty much be time consuming in and of it's self. So my goal between Thursday evening (The last day of my finals! YAY! and when I goto into labour, is to focus on referals and article writing because those help develop long term benefits.
