School starts on Monday, and thankfully this is my last semester. I say thankfully for numerous reasons. One, being that I will have 2 kids as of mid-December, daycare would cost an arm and a leg for me to attend school. Second, tuition at my university (the University of Utah) has risen drastically and is costing me $3300 this semester, plus textbooks, a $120 parking pass, etc. AH! :(
Though, in light of that, I've spent the past couple of days focusing on referrals, which has really returned high yeilding rewards. Like several payouts from Cash Lagoon simply from referrals earnings.
I've managed to figure out some new tricks to getting referrals easily and site traffic that is more than quadrupeled in the past few days. My goal til Monday is to work on keeping up with the referrals, so I can focus on school more and online work less once classes start, as well as building my first Niche websites!

Hey there-
Just wanted to let you know that I signed up under you for YAP.
Also, saw your Twitter about looking for new stuff. Have you tried Mechanical Turk yet? (http://mturk.com)
Basically, it's tiny tasks for tiny amounts of cash. I just made $2 there in the last 15 minutes answering short surveys, choosing URLs, commenting on journals, and drawing pictures. A lot of the tasks aren't worth the money being offered, but a lot are just small enough to be a worthwhile way to spend a few spare moments. - MsRetro
Maybe I should read the rest of your blog first but I would love to see an article on getting referrals. I HATE doing that. LOL I think it is the only way to make money and I am not good at it.
